SALENGEI SL carries out the delivery of orders within Spanish territory and outside, with free deliveries within peninsular territory when purchases are over €20.
Current rates are as follows:
- Inland Spain: FREE delivery on orders over €20. If orders are under €20, the delivery charge is €2.47 + taxes.
- Balearic Islands: Delivery charge €5.79 + taxes.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Delivery charge €12.1 + taxes.
- Europe: Delivery charge €18.15 + taxes.
Delivery charges will be displayed when the order is finalised, before the checkout process.
If the delivery is done by courier, the user must provide a contact telephone number in case the courier needs to contact the user at the time of delivery.
Cash on delivery payment is only available for inland Spain, with an additional cost of 5% on the invoice total.
What courier service do we use and how long does delivery take?
Deliveries to inland Spain, Balearic Islands and Europe will be processed via ASM Urgent Transport courier service and take between 24-48 working-hours.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be done via Correos España, and delivery may take anything between 7 to 10 working days.
Orders are processed before 15:00, therefore, orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the following day.
The courier services do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (including local holidays); deliveries on working days are made between 09:00 and 19:00.
