Out of stock
If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, AngiagingShop will contact you and will give you an estimated delivery time.
If the sale of a product is not possible, you may cancel your order completely or partially, and we will refund the money for the corresponding part.
How can I return an order?
Customers have a period of seven business days from the day of receipt of the product to return it without any penalties and without giving any reasons.
The right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, being enough for the customer to write to SALENGEI SL on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, or to phone customer service on 932530587 (ext. 3)
SALENGEI SL will request the customer to bear the cost of returning the product.
Items that have been unsealed, that are not in perfect conditions and in the original packaging, can not be returned under any circumstances.
SALENGEI SL will proceed to the refund of the payment once the order has been received in our offices and its state checked and verified.

Incomplete, broken or wrong order
If your order arrives incomplete, broken, or is not the product you requested, please get in touch with us through the online form or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the problem, your personal details and the order number. We will review your case and will make the necessary changes.
If a courier delivers a damaged package, do not accept it. Inform email@example.com and we will deal with the complaint.
