Delivery deadlines

SALENGEI SL informs the user that delivery time will normally be 24-48 hours from the moment we have confirmation of payment. The user should bear in mind that there are no deliveries at weekends or holidays.

In the event of any incidents, SALENGEI SL undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of 30 days, from the day after the order is placed.

The availability of the products offered by SALENGEI SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although SALENGEI SL updates its stock regularly, a product requested by the customer may be sold out at that particular time. In case of non-execution of an order due to unavailability, the client will receive an email to inform them, and the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days maximum. In the event of SALENGEI SL not making this payment within the period indicated, the buyer may claim that they be paid twice the amount owed, without this affecting their right to be compensated.

In case of lack of availability, SALENGEI SL may supply without price increase, a product of similar characteristics of the same or higher quality.

When the price of an order has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and payment entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder would be completed as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had been made properly by the cardholder and the refund requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, said cardholder will be obliged to SALENGEI SL to compensate for damages and losses caused as a result of said cancellation.
