Description

Triphala is the most common herbal blend in Ayurveda. It contains equal parts of extracts of three fruit extracts: Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica and Phyllanthus emblica.

Suggested use

Take one to three capsules daily with a meal or with a glass of water. 

The manufacturer advises not to exceed the recommended dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Store in a cool, dry place.
