Tests and studies with TA-65® for Skin
TA-65® for Skin has been the subject of safety and efficacy studies with 3D models, in-vitro tests and human subjects. Two of these studies are summarised below.
A group of 54 women aged between 35 and 60 years were randomly assigned to one of four skin treatments. The products were applied to the face, twice a day for 12 weeks. The following parameters were established:
- Reduced appearance of crow's feet
- Increased skin firmness
- Redness of redness and inflamed skin
To measure the firmness of the skin and to determine the changes in the volunteers' faces, photographs were taken using the "Visia CR® 2.2" system. The subjects were evaluated using measuring instruments and photographs after 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of use of the product. In addition, during the last visit, the volunteers were asked to respond to a questionnaire.
The following chart compares the firmness, wrinkles and redness of the skin before starting treatment and after each observation period (2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks).
Conclusion:
- Skin firmness improved significantly by 42%, 93%, 101%, 89% after 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of daily application of TA-65® for Skin.
- The crow's feet and fine lines were significantly reduced by 18% after 12 weeks of use.
- Redness of the skin was significantly reduced by 9% after 12 weeks of use.
- No irritation was observed throughout the test period.
