| SUGGESTED USE:
| It is recommended to take 12 drops (0.9 ml) with a little water or herbal tea, before going to bed. Keep under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing. If suffering from jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin before bedtime on the first day of travelling, continuing for a few days. |
