ACTIVE SHAPE is a dietary supplement, adjuvant in hypocaloric diets for weight control. It is recommended to start with 1 capsule a day before lunch, and from the 4th day on, 1 capsule before breakfast and another before lunch. If tolerance to this dose is good, it can be increased to 3-4 capsules daily.
If the supplement is taken at night, it is best to take it before dinner, as it contains protein and some caffeine that can have a stimulating effect.
There is no other product that combines the most active ingredients in conjunction with Resveratrol, the calorie restriction gene activator, with Fucoxanthin, an extract of Japanese brown seaweed, which in various studies has been found to reduce body fat and improve sensitivity to insulin.
Active Shape® works metabolically thanks to Garcinia cambogia (which inhibits an enzyme called citrate lyase), to prevent excess carbohydrates from turning into fat, and Gymnema sylvestre, a herb from India that works by balancing blood sugar levels.
The unique shape of gymnemic acid molecules is similar to that of glucose, competing with it and allowing it to fill the cell receptors in the lining of the intestines, and thus preventing sugar molecules from binding .
Recently, an Active Shape® formulation has been made with green tea extract which contains high amounts of polyphenols (40% Epigallocatechin gallate), which activate the enzyme responsible for dissolving excess triglycerides. In the long run, this means that green tea helps to burn fat and lose kilos.

Low calorie diets
General recommendations to follow on days of calorie restriction for weight loss.
Do not eat bread, pasta, potatoes, rice or sugar.
Chard, celery, watercress, endive, curly endive, asparagus, spinach, lettuce, sprouted mung beans, radish, broccoli, courgette, cauliflower, cucumber, green pepper, mushrooms, chives, artichoke.
Steam, 'en papillote', boiling, wok, sautéed at low temperature.
Extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar or umeboshi, lemon juice, coconut oil, dried herbs and spices, garlic. Do not use salt and sauces.
Natural mineral water, tea, infusions, water with lemon juice. During the first week drink 1 litre of broth made with celery, onion and parsley (drink only the liquid), as well as any water you need between meals.
Drink two infusions every day with a teaspoon of powdered prickly pear.
Do not drink with your meals. When you do drink, have a full glass in one go, not small sips. Do not drink alcohol, 'diet' or 'light' soft drinks or any other soft drinks.
Do not use sugar or artificial sweeteners. Stevia, xylitol (birch sugar), erythritol (natural fruit sugar) or coconut sugar are allowed.
Do not have sweets (even if they are sugar-free). You can have sugar-free chewing gum.
- Have more breakfast than usual, a moderate lunch and a small dinner.
- Have at least one serving of fish and one of turkey or chicken every day.
- If you get bloated easily and/or frequently, do not have dairy.
- Go for walks every day for at least 30-40 minutes, walking quickly, and climb as many stairs as you can.
